Travizory Border Security SA (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Travizory”) is committed to protecting your privacy as it is of utmost importance to us. We are dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal information. We are the developers of the tValidator app.
tValidator is a universal application designed to scan and validate travel authorizations, eVisas, declarations, government information forms, and tourism passes of participating countries. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of data we collect, how we use that data, and your rights as a user of the tValidator app.
When users register an account in authenticated mode, we collect personal information including email address, phone number, and, optionally, link their accounts through Google SSO or Apple Sign In. We also collect the user’s name and additional contact information as required. This authentication process is powered by Firebase Authentication.
We employ Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance to enhance user experience and improve our services. Users have the option to opt-out of these services. More information about Security & Privacy in Firebase can be found here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The app facilitates lookups of eVisa and travel authorization numbers, barcodes, as well as facial and passport scans against respective country systems.
Information obtained during these actions is ephemeral and not stored by tValidator; however, users may add notes or perform specific actions on records. These actions are collected and stored on the corresponding country’s system for up to 18 months in an encrypted fashion.
User data is not shared with third parties outside of Firebase services. Ownership of user data resides with the government of each participating country with which users interact.
Users can request account deletion directly through the tValidator app. This will delete their account information from Firebase Authentication. However, any data related to scans and lookups will remain on the respective government systems.
We employ robust security measures to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and storage. All content is transmitted using TLS 1.2 and later protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
tValidator does not currently have specific measures for the transfer of data across borders, as data related to successful lookups is hosted within the respective governments’ systems.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on our website at www.tvalidator.app. For further information on how Privacy and Security are managed within Firebase, please visit Firebase Privacy and Security.
